Medical Pay

Medical Pay provides coverage to non-family members who are injured accidently at the insured’s residence, by an insured’s pet or a pet in the care of an insured.  For example, your friend Paul has agreed to dine with you at your residence in Los Angeles.  During the evening, Paul trips over something and twists his ankle.  Medical payments, up to the limits of the policy, would cover Paul’s medical expenses.  If the expense is in excess of the coverage, it would result in a Personal Liability Claim.
